Order Management Specialist responsible for the complete end-to-end order life cycle for designated customer accounts, focused on ensuring timely and accurate order fulfilment within operational excellence standards.

  • Acts as single point-of-contact for customers, addressing queries related to order processing, scheduling, and shipping. Manages escalations until resolved, supporting customer satisfaction at all stages.
  • Executes detailed order management tasks, including entry, modification, invoicing, credits and debits, and preparation of logistics documentation for a specific portfolio of customers.
  • Provides consultative order life cycle support, advising customers on lead times, availability, minor technical matters, and policy details, ensuring transparency and trust in all communications.
  • Coordinates with cross-functional teams (production, planning & materials, sales, warehouse, logistics) to maintain prompt and accurate order throughput and support achievement of organizational financial targets.
  • Contributes to departmental goals for becoming a proactive, customer-centric organization by developing and refining standard administrative practices and communication processes.
  • Utilizes Microsoft Excel for order tracking, reporting, and process analysis; experience with Movex is preferred for business system efficiency.
  • Supports ongoing improvement initiatives by participating in projects, supporting customer visits, and identifying enhancements for order throughput and customer communication.
  • Ensures all order processing activities comply with organizational guidelines and best practices.

Scope includes collaborating in English with stakeholders across departments, ensuring seamless delivery management, and contributing to logistics planning as needed.

  • Proven experience: Candidates should bring solid experience in Order Management, ideally gained over several years within a dynamic, customer-focused environment.
  • Educational background: A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline ensures familiarity with the operational and analytical foundations of supply chain operations.
  • Customer-centric mindset: We value those who prioritize high-quality service, easily building rapport with customers, and effectively managing queries and escalations with patience and professionalism.
  • Collaboration and communication: Success in this role comes from strong interpersonal skills, collaborating fluidly with cross-functional teams and translating complex order requirements into clear internal actions.
  • Analytical and detail-oriented: A keen attention to detail is essential for ensuring accuracy in order processing, documentation, and stakeholder communications.
  • Technical know-how: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential for managing and monitoring orders. Familiarity with Movex or other order management systems is highly valued and will set candidates apart.
