Following the successful launch of its UAE operations, the Dubai office is entering an exciting new phase of growth.

As part of this expansion, we are exclusively recruiting a Corporate Tax Director to lead sophisticated advisory engagements, develop long-term client relationships and contribute to the continued growth of the business across the UAE.
Your Role
As a key member of the leadership team, you will combine technical expertise, commercial acumen and people leadership to drive the success of the Corporate Tax practice.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Lead complex UAE and international corporate tax advisory engagements for multinational groups, investment funds, family offices and international investors.
- Advise clients on cross-border structuring, corporate reorganisations, M&A transactions, financing structures and international tax planning.
- Develop trusted client relationships, identify new business opportunities and contribute to the firm's commercial growth.
- Act as a strategic advisor throughout the client lifecycle, ensuring an exceptional onboarding experience and outstanding service delivery.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams across jurisdictions to deliver technically robust and commercially pragmatic solutions.
- Monitor tax and regulatory developments, translating legislative changes into practical advice for clients.
- Lead, mentor and develop the Corporate Tax team while fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Contribute to the strategic development and visibility of the practice through networking, thought leadership and market engagement.
What We're Looking For
- Master's degree in Law, Tax, Economics or a related discipline.
- Minimum 8 years' experience within a BIG4, international advisory firm, specialist tax boutique or a leading law firm is required.
- Strong expertise in Corporate Tax and International Tax Advisory, with proven expertise advising on cross-border transactions, international tax structuring, corporate reorganisations and M&A tax matters.
- Business development experience or a strong commercial mindset with the willingness to develop business.
- Hands-on experience with the UAE Corporate Tax regime is mandatory, whether gained while based in the UAE or advising UAE clients from an international office.
- Professional experience in Europe and/or significant exposure to European tax matters and cross-border structures involving European jurisdictions is required.
- Previous exposure to the Financial Services industry would be a strong advantage.
- Demonstrated ability to independently manage senior client relationships and lead complex advisory engagements.
- Fluent English is essential. Arabic and/or French would be considered a strong advantage.
