You will join our Automation Team, a team of 10 colleagues using automation, data, and AI to support oXya's next generation of services and improve operational performance.

Your job

As a Junior AI/Data Engineer, you

• Support the development and maintenance of data pipelines that collect, transform, and prepare data for analytics and AI applications.
• Assist in designing, building, and deploying AI and Machine Learning solutions to solve business challenges.
• Participate in the implementation of scalable data platforms and AI infrastructure.
• Contribute to the automation of model deployment, monitoring, and maintenance processes.
• Help ensure data quality, governance, and compliance with information security standards.
• Explore emerging AI technologies, frameworks, and best practices, and share findings with the team.
• Support the continuous improvement of oXya's data and AI capabilities

Your skills

• Master's degree in Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience.
• 0-2 years of experience in Data Engineering, AI/ML development, software engineering, or related fields.
• The following knowledge and experience are considered an asset:
• • Python and commonly used tools for data analysis and artificial intelligence, such as Pandas, Scikit-learn, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or LangChain.
  • Data integration concepts, including data pipelines, ETL/ELT processes, and data modeling.
  • SQL, cloud-based data platforms, and NoSQL solutions.
  • Docker and a basic understanding of CI/CD and/or MLOps principles.
• Curious about emerging AI technologies and eager to continuously develop technical expertise.
• Fluent English (written and spoken). Professional French is a plus.
