Functieomschrijving:
Als Customer Service Medewerker ben je het aanspreekpunt voor klanten in verschillende landen (Frankrijk, België, Nederland, Spanje, Italië en wereldwijd). Je bent verantwoordelijk voor:
- Het onderhouden van klantcontacten in diverse markten (e-commerce, concept stores, baby stores, boekhandels, etc.)
- Orderverwerking en administratieve taken
- Het bieden van commerciële ondersteuning aan het sales team
- Vlotte communicatie en klantgerichte service
Profiel:
- Bachelor diploma of hoger
- Tweetalig in NL en FR (Frans is essentieel), goede kennis van Engels
- Commercieel inzicht en uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden
- PC-vaardig, ervaring met Outlook en Excel
- Resultaatgericht, nauwkeurig en stipt
