Aankoper:
Als aankoper ben je verantwoordelijk voor het inkopen van materialen en het selecteren van leveranciers voor bouwprojecten. Je vraagt offertes op, vergelijkt prijzen en onderhandelt de beste voorwaarden.
Je werkt nauw samen met het projectteam en zorgt ervoor dat alles tijdig, binnen budget en volgens de juiste kwaliteit beschikbaar is.
Jouw taken:
- Onderhandelen met leveranciers en onderaannemers
- Offertes analyseren en vergelijken
- Technische en prijsoptimalisaties voorstellen
- Samenwerken met projectleiders, calculatie en studiedienst
- Budgetten en planning bewaken
- Aankoopdossiers van A tot Z beheren
- Meerdere bouwdossiers tegelijk opvolgen
Wat jij meebrengt:
- Grondige technische kennis van bouwprocessen en materialen
- Sterke onderhandelingsvaardigheden en resultaatgerichtheid
