Ben jij een technisch onderlegde planner met oog voor detail en wil je het verschil maken in onderhoudsplanning binnen een productieomgeving? Dan is deze uitdagende functie als Maintenance – Werkvoorbereider Planner iets voor jou!
Jouw verantwoordelijkheden
Als Maintenance – Werkvoorbereider Planner ben jij de schakel die zorgt voor een vlotte uitvoering van routinematig onderhoud in een productieomgeving. Je taken zijn onder meer:
- Informatie verzamelen en analyseren om effectieve en uitvoerbare onderhoudsplannen op te stellen.
- Benodigdheden zoals materialen, gereedschap en onderdelen tijdig klaarzetten via onderhoudssystemen.
- Onderhoudsactiviteiten plannen en stilstanden organiseren in overleg met collega’s.
- Ondersteunen bij het verbeteren van de betrouwbaarheid van installaties en minimaliseren van productieverlies.
- Registreren en controleren van werkorders en onderhoudsdata in systemen.
- Rapporteren over voortgang en toekomstige planning aan het onderhoudsteam.
- Basisproblemen zelfstandig aanpakken en complexere uitdagingen escaleren.
Jouw profiel
Wij zoeken een kandidaat die technisch en analytisch sterk is, met een scherp oog voor planning en structuur:
- Bachelor in een technische richting of gelijkwaardige werkervaring.
- Nauwkeurige, gestructureerde werkhouding en een praktische instelling.
- Goede communicatieve vaardigheden om met verschillende stakeholders af te stemmen.
- Vermogen om technische schema’s en P&ID’s te lezen en te begrijpen.
- Extra troeven: ervaring met technische databanken, onderhoudssystemen of coördinatie van externe werken.
