About the job
Als projectcoördinator ben je de spilfiguur binnen onze beveiligingsprojecten. Je zorgt voor een vlotte coördinatie van verkoop tot oplevering. Je werkt nauw samen met techniekers, klanten en je rapporteert aan de zaakvoerder.
Je verantwoordelijkheden
- Coördineren van beveiligingsprojecten van opstart tot oplevering
- Aanspreekpunt voor klanten, techniekers en interne teams
- Opvolgen van planning, uitvoering en werfactiviteiten
- Afstemmen met techniekers en elektriciens over materialen en timing
- Voorbereiden en beheren van projectdossiers en technische fiches
- Bewaken van deadlines, kwaliteit en voortgang
- Signaleren en oplossen van knelpunten en afwijkingen
- Communiceren met alle betrokken partijen en partners
- Eerste lijn support bij technische vragen
- Meewerken aan optimalisatie van processen
Je vereisten
- Opleiding: graduaat elektronica, elektromechanica of gelijkwaardig
- Ervaring: ±10 jaar binnen een installatie- of technische omgeving
- Vaardigheden: sterk organisatorisch, communicatief en technisch inzicht
- Competenties: stressbestendig, nauwkeurig, oplossingsgericht en proactief
- Ervaring in projectcoördinatie is een troef
- Affiniteit met beveiliging en kennis van branddetectie is een plus
- Kennis van normeringen (INCERT, NBN) of bereid dit aan te leren
- Teamspeler met een verbindende en hands-on ingesteldheid
- Blanco strafregister en rijbewijs B
