Ben jij technisch sterk, hou je van afwisseling en wil je een sleutelrol spelen in complexe HVAC-projecten?
Als Werkvoorbereider HVAC binnen een klasse 8 bouwbedrijf ben jij verantwoordelijk voor de technische voorbereiding van uitdagende installaties. Je vormt de brug tussen studie, uitvoering en werf en zorgt dat alles tot in de puntjes voorbereid is.
Jouw verantwoordelijkheden
- Technische voorbereiding: Je stelt een volledig en correct technisch dossier op voor de uitvoering.
- Projectanalyse: Je analyseert aanbestedingsdossiers en detecteert optimalisaties, risico’s en hiaten.
- Uitwerking: Je zorgt dat plannen, schema’s en technische fiches tijdig en nauwkeurig klaar zijn.
- Coördinatie: Je stemt af met projectleiders, werfleiders, tekenaars en aankoop.
- Schakelrol: Je bent de verbindende factor tussen werf en interne diensten.
- Stakeholdermanagement: Je onderhoudt contacten met studiebureaus, onderaannemers en klanten.
- Rapportering: Je rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de projectleider.
- Domeinen: Je werkt aan projecten binnen HVAC, waterzuivering en technische installaties.
Jouw profiel
- Opleiding: Bachelor of Ingenieur in elektromechanica, elektrotechniek of gelijkaardig.
- Technisch inzicht: Sterk analytisch vermogen en oog voor detail.
- Werkstijl: Nauwkeurig, gestructureerd en oplossingsgericht.
- Communicatie: Je schakelt vlot met verschillende stakeholders.
- Stressbestendig: Je behoudt kwaliteit onder tijdsdruk.
- Klantgericht: Je vertaalt noden naar technische oplossingen.
- Software: Vlot met MS Office.
