About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Family Solicitor to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor with at least 3 years’ post-qualification experience to handle a varied caseload of privately funded family law matters while benefiting from a flexible, hybrid working environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing a caseload of family law matters, including:
• • Divorce and separation
  • Financial settlements
  • Private children matters
  • Cohabitation disputes
  • Prenuptial and postnuptial agreements
• Providing clear, practical legal advice to clients
• Conducting negotiations and representing clients where appropriate
• Drafting legal documents and correspondence
• Maintaining high standards of client care and compliance
• Supporting business development and networking initiatives

Requirements

• Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales
• Minimum 3 years PQE in family law
• Strong technical knowledge of family law and procedures
• Experience handling a full caseload independently
• Excellent communication and client care skills
• Strong organisational and time management abilities
• A proactive and team-oriented approach
