The office in Kortrijk is located at the Kenpro Business Park, near the exit Kortrijk Zuid/XPO. Easy to reach by car, bike or public transport. Flexible working hours and the option to work from home 2 days a week, guarantee a stress-free home-office trip. In Kortrijk, the IT-teams are settled in 2 semi-open spaces. Employees have a permanent personal workplace that can be arranged according to their own choice. Surfaces are available for focus jobs or for a consultation/call.

On April 1st, 2017, a second office was opened at Research Park Haasrode, in addition to the one in Kortrijk. This expansion made traveling to work considerably easier for colleagues living in the Brussels area. The core team that was established back then is still with us. As the original office could no longer accommodate the growing team, the Leuven branch moved in June 2025 to a more spacious and modern workspace, still located within the well-connected and easily accessible Research Park.
The new office offers an abundance of natural light, an inviting coffee corner, and a comfortable lounge area for informal meetings. It also features ergonomic workstations, and a quiet zone for focused work.

Recruitment process
- Introduction call
Open discussion with Manager/HR to check if expectations of candidates are in line with the opportunities oXya can offer.
- Technical call
The team leads delve deeper into the candidate's technical knowledge.
- Test
Optionally, a personality and learning ability test will be taken.
- Follow-up call
Does the candidate have any questions/concerns? If all positive, a proposal is worked out.
