Setup: Onboarding in Antwerp, Belgium, then fully remote.
Type: Freelance or employee, your call.
You have placed candidates. You have chased clients at 8pm. You have cursed at a CRM that fought you instead of helping you. You know exactly where recruitment hurts.

Sourcing, BD, ATS and CRM in one place, with AI that does the boring heavy lifting so recruiters can do the human part. We are growing fast across BE, NL, UK and IE, and London is where we want to plant a flag. That flag is you.
What you'll actually do
- Own the UK market like it's your own business. Build pipeline, run demos, close, expand.
- Convert inbound as well as your own outbound. Warm leads will land on your desk and we expect them to leave as customers.
- Be Wiggli in London. Show up at events, host a few, work the room, turn your network into pipeline.
- Talk directly to our founder and product team. Spot something broken? You can get it fixed, not buried in a ticket queue.
- Build your own team if you want it. The first hires get to lead the next ones.
Who you aref
- You come from recruitment. This is the priority, full stop. You speak agency because you have lived agency.
- You have a real network in UK recruitment and zero shyness about using it.
- You like tech. SaaS sales experience is the dream combo. Sold into recruitment before? Now we are just showing off.
- You live in/near by London and you genuinely like being in the room with people.
- You build. You do not babysit a pipeline, you grow one.
Who you are NOT (please, for everyone's sake)
- You think "AI" is a word you sprinkle on a slide to sound clever.
- "I'll circle back" is your favourite sentence and your only follow-up.
- You need a four-step approval process to send an email.
- A roadmap changing on a Tuesday gives you an existential crisis. We move fast. Tuesdays are wild here.
- You want to coast. Lovely. Not here.
